What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is brainwave training, also
called EEG Biofeedback, and is a simple technique that can
be used by people of all ages to create and maintain a
desirable change. The training, using computers, monitors
brainwave patterns and identifies the most beneficial
brainwaves. Then, using another computer with a game format,
the therapist helps you train yourself to make changes in
your brainwaves. Through practice, new modes of behaviour
are learned, becoming your new natural responses.
What is neurofeedback good for?
Neurofeedback helps you control your brain
waves to deliver effective relief from symptoms of ADHD,
ADD, Anxiety, Depression, Sleep problems, Chronic Pain or
Stress.
It
also helps you to improve creativity, memory, mental
clarity, job performance and emotional and psychological
well-being.
